BANNING’S CAUSES - INDONESIA NUTMEG IN EUROZONE

Nutmeg is one of agriculture outcomes that has been produced by Indonesia farmers so far this year. It also becomes one of export products of agriculture which has been exported to three major continents such as EUROPE, AMERICA and AFRICA. And it has contributed millions of dollar so far .in early August 2014, Sumatra province had exported 70 tonnes of nutmeg those continents with contributed $ 823.125 according to CIPUTRANEWS.

It is a sign that nutmeg can be developed further in the next future. In addition, Indonesia is a country with soil that very comply with requires land to growth nutmeg. To make nutmeg agriculture growth further, it needs strong effort from the governments, society till experts in which all of stakeholders working together to improve the management and quality nutmeg.

In couple days ago, Euro zone has banned nutmeg from Indonesia in which it had said “nutmeg from Indonesia has the spice exceeded the safety limits for aflatoxin, a natural toxin produced by certain species of fungi which can cause liver failure. in which Indonesian nutmeg contains 200 part per billion aflatoxin far higher than standard euro-zone with required limit of 15 part per billion “ . Retrieved from Jakartaglobe.com  this caused actually avoidable, if the government sensitives about the way of their nutmeg farmers grow the nutmeg  in which many nutmeg farmers commonly use higher water content to cultivate nutmeg that allow the toxic fungi growth.

Banning export Indonesia nutmeg from Europe zone, it will have huge effect for Indonesia if the government do not address it immediately. The effect will hit the nutmeg farmers as well as state revenue. For instance, Europe zone known as one of the zone which implicates the highest standard safety foods or food materials if the Europe zone come out warning or in fact banning of nutmeg import from Indonesia it will effect in other zones such AFRICA, AMERICA which it will trigger them to review the nutmeg import from Indonesia as well. If the foreign demands decline significantly because of this, farmer’s incomes, tax of export till state revenue also will decline significantly.

To address this problem, all stakeholder need to working together and the government makes useful programs for the farmer such as free educations about the cultivating nutmeg collaborates with experts or universities and another program that can upgrade knowledge of farmers in order to create quality nutmeg .

War is Identical by force which a group of people is attacking each other with violence till makes the destruction of environment and society life. In modern era, war might move to be more softly which it moves to more abstract that cannot be seen with naked eyes. On the other words, we need observing the environment into detail.   A colonialism by other countries to a country generally in the field of economy, cultural and life style is what modern war is.

Modern war in Economy mostly common is many countries in the world counting on other countries in terms of supplying vital goods, investment in vital sectors such as natural resources in order to make their economic activities well-run. This is good idea for the country to boost economic growth which this is will be creating a lot of job opportunities for job-seekers in the country as well as contribute to country’s revenue in the end of year. But it will become boomerang for a country itself if it let them happen continuously which there has no plan for reducing them gradually based on the determined targets. For instance, if country’s A  count on country’s B and C in terms of supplying vital goods, so the position country’s B and C are vital in the face of country’s A which country’s A always gets help in fulfilling stock of goods from those countries but how if those countries have trouble or want to improve their revenue, thus price will be effected in this matters and it also will be attacking society of country’s A in which hitted by price’s volatility because monopolized by country’s B and C . How about Investment matters if most of investments come from foreign investment notably in natural resources which it will be dangerous for a country. The other words, a country is no stood by itself and it will not give much benefit for country if the investment plunges into natural resources which host-country will only get tax export and royalty and rest of will be plunged into foreign country’s pockets which is much higher than tax and royalty.

Globalization is common nowadays which it making people can easy move across the border with sophisticated transportations or even spreading the information not need to take a longer time which it can be spread easy by sophisticated gadgets. those become few of the major factors that makes the world changing and directs all people to adopt unfamiliar culture and life style from another country to be implicated in their own life such as drinking Starbucks coffee, eating MC Donald, or even wearing bikini on the beach have become common in the Asia which all of those things are coming from the west.

Modern war can be a momentum for a country to spread its power around the world as well as can become boomerang for a country itself if the country doesn't has strong threshold to face the factors above.

THE FIRST GRADE OF AL-MUKHSIN ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL

Islamic boarding school as called “ pondok“ in indonesia tradition language is a place which is including dormitory and classroom for study about Islamic religion. It designs to create person who understands deeply about Islamic teachings and who has strong Islamic characters. Indonesia has known as  the largest Islamic country on earth in which has uncounted of Islamic boarding schools that disseminate across  archipelago among those are AL-MUKHSIN Islamic boarding school that located on condong catur, sleman sub-district, Yogyakarta regency. AL-MUKHSIN is not the only boarding in condong catur but AL-MUKHSIN is one of salafiyah Islamic boarding schools in condong catur amid trend of modern Islamic board school, SALAFIYAH Islamic boarding school (pondok salafiyah) is a place which only focuses on learning Islamic religions only that its books are coming from Arabic or there is no education at all about dunya (politic, economic and etc.).

Living in al-mukhsin Islamic boarding school is really fun gathering with a lot of people from different backgrounds that will make each of us has different stories to tell as well as different point of views about something. Sometimes, it makes things more complicated when we discussed about something but we understand about respect. And living in al-mukhsin Islamic boarding school is very different with other Islamic boarding schools in Yogyakarta  which majority of us is University’s students who also goes to different majors in universities of Yogyakarta which it makes us more intelligent which can collaborate knowledge we got in campus and Islamic boarding school. Of course with promoting Islamic teaching in the first line followed with university’s knowledge in terms of implementation.

Al-mukhsin Islamic boarding school has four classes which is first’s grade (new student), second’s grade, third’s grade, fourth’s grade (the highest class). Especially, first’s grade which I am also one of students in this class. First grade is class with more than 15 students consisted of men and women. It’s quite unique for new person like who learns in the first grade of class Islamic boarding school which men and women should separate away with wood wall when teaching was running. It making us   cannot face to face each other but I am understand about this matter which it is haram for Muslim who has different ganders for face to face each other.

In the class, it’s quite fun which we learned with relax situation and sometime we were laughing because of some of jokes from ustads (teacher) or even our classmates. Which our class has run Saturday – Wednesday starting at 8.30 pm – 10.00 pm.   Our class has several unique people such as faiz, with his thick beard and diligence for writing as well as courteous but play boy :3 hehehe , taufix with his brain memory size for reciting and great Islamic knowledge ( loyal boy ) hahahaha, Ismail with his kind and endevour to be success in learning Islamic teaching ( good boy when sleeping but bad boy for boyfriend) :3 hehehe , Ni no with his diligence and courteous ( good bapa) hahaha :3 , rizal with his courage and strong efforts to success in the religious matter and the world ( shyness but good boy) :D, Uzi with his great capability and ability to adopt Islamic teachings and sport games (good boy for women) hehehe, shiba with his brilliant skill in football and futsal as well as smart in Islamic knowledge ( good man ) :D , diky with his gentleman and capability and ability in stealing attention from the girls ( good boy for father ) :3 hehehe and faqih with his smart brain in adopting Islamic teachings but kind of lazy person hahaha last but not least is me, simple man but special hahahaha .

With family atmostfir, Al-mukhsin Islamic boarding school is one of the best places for study for me and understand deeply about islamic teachings as well as learning about diversity and other social espects of life.

GOOD LEADERSHIP TRAITS

The word “Leader” might not be a strange sound in your ears in which you have familiar with it. A Leader is different from a boss. Leader is giving and leading its members by examples and. The other words not by giving a direction like the boss. To be Leader is nearly everyone dream but it isn’t easy to be leader which it needs a lot strong efforts that have to be trained every day and every time starting from trivial personality traits to important personality traits. But there are several in common traits that a good leader must be have:

·         Confident

A good leader supposed to be confident all of the time in which it will help him to act in the public

·         Intelligence

Leader need to be intelligent than their members in which intelligence will influence them in seeing the problem  and making decision

  

·         Creative

Not everyone is creative but creative can be trained so good leader need to train this traits because creative will make them unique in themselves and in facing the problems

  

·         discipline

Every leader need to  have this trait which it is important for them in holding several activities that they will face in their daily life, if they can’t arrange their time daily, it would be dangerous for them in which their daily schedule will be missed up.

·         honest

good leader need to be honest all of the time no matters their conditions are, as long as it related to the public matters, they should be honest because it will be worst if they become liar in which it will harm someone else

·         humble

A leader need to be humble but not weak. Humble means that you should stay calm and be kind and nice to everyone. It doesn't means when people bully you which you just be silent and let it be happen continuously that not what I meant. Which humble is you have to treat someone else nicely and kindly from your heart

·         proud

Leader need to be proud of themselves but not arrogant. With feel proud of yourself, you feel have great integrity within you and it will help you drawn oneself up

 To accomplish all of them need consistency efforts. No one born with leadership traits directly that’s means everyone have chance to be as long as they have willingness to be and willing to do sacrifice to accomplish it.
